Abstract\nIntroduction: Maternal outcomes and prenatal outcomes depend on the mutual reactions between maternal and fetal and environmental factors.One of the influential cases in thisfield is the funis length.\n\nMethod: A descriptive analytic study was conducted on 300 pregnant women, who had been admitted in labor section. After placenta expulsion, the length of the funis, placental and birth weight were measured. Gestational age was determined according to maternal LMP and sonography of pregnancy. Meconial amniotic fluid was determined through labor examination in the amniotomy. \nResults: The result revealed meaningful differences between neonatal height, placental and neonatal weight. No relationship was revealed between the length of funis and the sex of neonate, the situation of Amniotic fluid, and the first minute Apgar score. \nConclusion: Considering the deficient that may be available in this study, it is recommended that a study be done in this fiend in other regions of the country and in other countries, in employed women, and in larger samples so that we can achieve comparative or new results in this regard.

Postmodernity as the trait of general social transformations, especially in the sphere of reproduction of capital and lifestyle changes, is basically related to transition from reproduction of the production to the reproduction of consumption. This global phenomenon is characteristic for the transition period of Serbian society as well, and it is evident in all spheres of activity, particularly in cities. In this context, series of important studies and projects harmonised with contemporary theoretical doctrine and the best European practices, were initiated in Serbia. From the standpoint of planning practice this represents a major step forward, especially in the field of landscape planning and in the context of adaptation of the cities to global climate change. However, implementation of the adopted projects and documents is facing significant problems in practice. \n The goal of this paper is to explain the phenomenon of mass production of projects in urban practices, usually not implemented regardless their importance and role in life quality improvement and principled support from officials at all decision making levels. The starting point of this paper is to establish a correlation between this phenomenon of large production of projects and the phenomenon of postmodernity, which explains the evident quantitative and qualitative discrepancy between the number of developed and implemented projects. \n The discursive analysis of the disparity between production and realization of the projects led to the conclusion that its roots are in the change of character of capitalism in terms of periodical increase of consumption in the short period of time. This excludes almost all possibilities for implementation of the projects whose time interval exceeds the imperative of capital increase, and thus become the purpose for itself.

The mapping of land use/land cover patterns are done with their changes with time with the help of satellite remote sensing data. Remote sensing is a technique of collecting informations of the objects of investigation without having physical contact with them. The remotely sensed data for land use and land cover is a key to many diverse applications like forestry, agriculture and environment to monitor the accurate land cover information of a particular region. The contribution of the satellite image data will be on the Coimbatore district[2] change-related applications for vegetation, geology, land surface climatology and land cover change. \n\nThe remote sensing data have been analyzed to fix the land cover classification of our district, and to know how the use of land changes according to time. To perform the temporal analysis to study [3] forestry, agriculture and the climatic investigation, the unsupervised classification method is used. This is very fast and useful analysis method. It is widely used for the crops [10] classification in the world and this classification method is used for land cover and land use because vegetation components are important in the images[9].The basic axis is also to preserve the greenery of the entire district for the healthy environment.

The majority of lipomas are slow-growing painless soft tissue benign tumors of adipose tissue and one of the most common benign neoplasms of the body. Their location in the oral cavity is very rare, accounting for 1-5% of all neoplasms. The purpose of this study is to present the diagnosis and operative treatment of a giant buccopalatinal lipoma in a 23-years old girl. The tumor was completely removed under general anaesthesia with surgical extirpation (via intraoral approach) and preservation of the nearby structures.

Control of blood glucose concentration for patients in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) has been demonstrated to be beneficial in reducing mortality and the incidence of serious complications for type 1 diabetic patients. However, the high degree of variability and uncertainty characterizing the physiological conditions of critically ill patients make automated glucose control quite difficult.Consequently, traditional protocols are usually employed.These procedures are based on infrequent glucose measurements lookup tables to determine the appropriate insulin infusion rates and bedside insulin administration. In this article, a novel automatic adaptive control strategy based on frequent blood glucose concentration measurements and a blood glucose dose automatic control technique is validated based on a simulation study for type-1 diabetic patients.The blood glucose injection automatic control is shown to be highly effective in controlling blood glucose concentration despite the large degree of variability in the blood glucose response exhibited by the type-1 diabetic patients. These models represent typical ingesta in the diet of patient. Also note that insulin rate is adjusted by the controller depending upon the blood glucose concentration. In addition, the blood glucose concentration at interstitial exhibits short time hyperglycemia before each meal. Although the hyperglycemia is handled by the controller leading the blood glucose concentration to glycemic level, hyperglycemia scenario is found along each and every hour. The longer time duration of hyperglycemia scenario is during the sleeping period. Researchers used various control circuits, regulators and monitors to track the biological features dynamically. The proposed systems have more impact on society for the better control of diabetics.This article is to inject insulin for type 1 diabetes patients by pumping the insulin. The blood glucose level has to be monitored with the help of glucose tolerance test. For efficient method to control type1 diabetes, researcher will use embedded linear parameter varying controller.The researcher has compared the six day practical data of type 1 diabetic patient (graph) to the proposed stimulation graph, results in this article.

Mutations in single nucleotide are common but genetic mutation as deletion of whole gene is \nrare. Gene GSTT1, selected in this study is polymorphically deleted and have importance not\nonly in xenobiotic metabolism but also in chemotherapy of certain drugs. Genetic deletion of\nGSTM1 and GSTT1 was carried out by using PCR and gel electrophoresis in local population.\nThe results depicted 71% deletion of GSTT1. The percent deletion in female and male subjects\nwas 72% and 70% respectively. An increased deletion of GSTT1 seen in local population predict\nimpaired response to xenobiotics and some chemotherapeutic drugs.

The present article aims to prove the relationship between the quality of environment architecture and mental health of its users. Despite of scientific developments and advances of modern human, there are several factors threaten the health of humans, especially their mental health. For this reason, mental health is one the main concerns of today’s human. Physical environment built by human can be one of that threating factors. In this research, to prove the impact of environment architecture on health, correlation methodology has been used; so that the relationship between environment architecture and the health of people in there will be determined. The case study of this research is some office buildings in a region of Tehran, where were significantly different in terms of architecture quality. Their personnel were as subjects who answered 2 questionnaire: one for general health, another for environment architecture assessment. Then, the findings were analyzed and eventually the relationship between environment architecture quality in these buildings and the health of its staff has been proved. It can be said by analysis and expansion of the results of this study that, there is a significant relationship between general health of human and his physical environment. And the general health especially mental health can be improved by environment architecture improvement, which is the proof of architecture therapy.

objective: Estimation of endometrial cavity is important for reducing the intrauterine device (IUD) failure. The aim of current study was to compare the length of endometrial cavity measured by sonography, metal hysterometer and marked flexible disposable hysterometer.\nMethods: A number of 30 women who attended to obstetrics and gynecology clinic of Shiraz University of Medical Science (SUMS) were enrolled in the study. Within the first 5 days of menstrual cycle, endometrial cavity for each patient was measured by vaginal sonography, marked flexible disposable hysterometer and metal hysterometer. Demographic and interpreted data of patients were recorded and analyzed using SPSS (V.19) by descriptive statistics and Freidman’s test, ANOVA and pearson correlation. The significant level was set at <0.05.\nResults: The mean age of participants was 32.26±7.71. The mean length of endometrial cavity measured by vaginal sonography, conventional and marked flexible disposable hysterometer were 7.83±0.79, 7.68±0.76 and 7.66±0.82 cm, respectively. There was strong correlation between endometrial size measured by sonography and both metal and disposable hysterometer (p<0.001). Endometrial cavity measured by disposable hysterometer was more closed to sonography than conventional type in special in extremely ante/retroverted uterus.\nConclusion: Marked flexible disposable hysterometer can better estimate the accurate size of endometrial cavity than metal hysterometer. Conventional hysterometer can be replaced by new marked flexible disposable type.

Analysing the perception of the investors becomes all the more important for mutual fund product designers and fund managers to make the mutual fund the strongest and most preferred investment option in Indian capital market for the coming years.
