By looking at management evolutions and specific structure of rural management in recent years, we would observe that rural areas and rural inhabitation have passed so many exams during pre- and post- revolution decades and under the aegis of different ideals and purposes, they have observed many management umbrellas on their heads. By- passing time various views, ideas and methods proposed by researches and theorists in the context of rural management, Every one of them seeks to find a suitable solution and unchallenging methods (procedures) in order to establish solidarity and systematic management, also a development for rural relied on public polls, their cooperation and native management. It could be a hope for village and promote the reliability coefficient of rural in order to improve their life status and minimally organize abnormal and intractable phenomenon of migration. Our society suffers from it permanently and it is the result of lack of proficiency of rural management in explaining concepts of permanent inhabitation in village and improving rural livings. Therefore, this research attempts to assess the performance of collaborative and administrative managers (rural councils- Dehyaries) of Bahmaee\'s villages in order to integrative development of villages and reduce the trend of displeasant phenomenon of migration.
Analysis of power generation systems are of scientific interest and also essential for the efficient utilization of energy resources. Therefore, the effect of key parameters on the output power and efficiency are so important. In this paper the effects of blade geometry on the properties of fluid flow through gas turbine blades was investigated. The working fluid is air and it is considered as an ideal gas with two dimensional flow. Two samples of blades with different profiles are employed .This analysis is done by a computer program which is developed for this purpose. This program has two arithmetic stages however, at the first step the analysis is curried on at inviscid flow, then the output results is used for analysis in the Viscose part. The analysis of viscose flow will be done by a special subroutine in the program. The calculations for each blade have been done separately and finally comparison results are shown as tables and charts. The special properties which are considered in this work are: Mach number, Pressure, Temperature and density.
Images captured in foggy weather conditions usually have\npoor contrasts and colors. Scattering of light results in the\ndegradation of an image which increases speedily with the\ndistance of the scene points. Edge Detection of such images is\ncritical requirements machine vision. In this paper first, I\nutilize a method of contrast enhancement based on adaptively\nincreasing the histogram value (AIVHE). This is best suited\ntechnique to control the rate of contrast enhancement in\nHistogram equalization (HE). AIVHE prevents the significant\ngray level changes between original and Histogram equalized\nimage. Second, for heavy fog in the scene we propose image\nsharpening algorithm which bring out the details that were\nabsent in the original image. And finally, we use 3×3\nconvolution kernels in Sobel operator for edge detection. Our\nproposed algorithm is tested for images under different fog\nconditions. Experimental results show that proposed\nalgorithm is efficient for edge detection and visibility\nenhancement under uncontrolled fog conditions.
The purpose of the present article is to determine the effect of knowledge management on organizational agility through the use of structural equations modeling in auto-parts manufacturing companies. For this purpose, along with the review of concepts such as organizational agility and knowledge management, the dimensions and capabilities of knowledge management and organizational agility have been identified with regard to the research literature. The statistical population consists of all the managers of large and small auto-parts manufacturing companies of East Azerbaijan Province. The sample size of 132 persons has been obtained through the use of sampling formula in limited populations. In order to collect data, we have used a questionnaire, the validity of which has been confirmed by content validity and the reliability of which has been confirmed through the use of Cronbach\'s Alpha coefficient. Structural equations modeling has been applied in order to analyze the research data. The results indicate that knowledge management affects organizational agility as well as organizational agility capabilities.
Stock exchange as the heart of the capital market is essential to economic progression for which certain conditions are necessary; efficiency is a requirement. Proper stock pricing and allocation of capital follow efficiency. The main goal of this research is to study a phenomenon called random walk, which is one of the most important features of market in weak form of efficiency, and to study the effects of week days on stock price at Tehran Stock Exchange. The results show that solely Tuesdays have positive effects on stocks price. Also old prices have effects on the current prices of the stock exchange that is the old prices can predict the future prices and thus Tehran Stock Exchange does not comply with random walk hypothesis and it is not in a weak form of efficiency.
